Thank you for shopping with Solobird Golf Co.  We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, etc.).


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders through [USPS / UPS / FedEx] Carrier availability may vary depending on your region.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Please contact us immediately at solobirdgolfco@gmail.com if you notice an error.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at solobirdgolfco@gmail.com

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Solobird Golf Co is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
